Athena Diagnostics improves the quality of the lives of patients who have neurological disorders by acting as advocate, educator, facilitator, service provider and commercial developer of diagnostic services. At the same time, we are vigilant to sense the needs of other medical specialties outside neurology such as endocrinology and nephrology where our expertise may be valuable. We generate loyalty from our customers by providing proactive, superior service in everything we do. We focus exclusively on assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals in their efforts to provide the best possible diagnoses of these disorders, and we constantly seek new ways to improve our services. The trust of all our customers-from the physicians and other healthcare professionals, to the reference labs and hospitals, to the patients-sets our standard for exceptional service. Our customers must have absolute faith in our service, believing that we consistently provide accurate test results within published turnaround times. We serve patients by educating (1) physicians to confidently diagnose and manage their disorders, (2) other healthcare personnel to utilize our services in a convenient way, and (3) payors to understand the value of the services we provide.
